Your goal will be to re-engage potential clients, assess their current interest, and encourage them to take the next step. Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with warm leads who previously expressed interest but didn’t convert
Reassess the lead’s current situation and identify readiness to proceed
Provide accurate information about services and answer common inquiries
Update and maintain CRM records with call outcomes and notes
Coordinate with intake or sales team for next steps with qualified leads
Meet daily and weekly call targets
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in outbound calling, intake, or customer service
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients and handling objections professionally
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Self-motivated, persuasive, and able to work independently
Excellent English and a friendly, professional phone demeanor
Reliable internet, headset, and quiet work environment
