Recruitment Manager
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier remote talent to meet company and client needs. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The manager will collaborate with colleagues to identify staffing requirements, conduct interviews, and prepare effective candidate profiles. Additionally, they will maintain a strong talent pipeline, implement best hiring practices, and enhance employer branding. A key focus is on optimizing recruitment efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and remote work best practices to attract and retain high-quality professionals.

- Developing Job Ads from Client Briefs: Craft compelling and clear job descriptions based on client requirements to attract the right talent.
- Advertising New and Repeat Vacancies: Post job openings across various platforms and networks to ensure maximum reach and candidate engagement.
- Reaching Out to Suitable Endorsed Candidates: Engage with pre-qualified candidates to present relevant job opportunities.
- Sourcing Potential Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to proactively identify and attract top talent.
- Screening and Shortlisting New Applicants: Review resumes, conduct initial assessments, and identify the best-fit candidates.
- Scheduling and Confirming Interviews: Coordinate interview times between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth scheduling.
- Interviewing Suitable Candidates: Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements.
- Collating Notes and Summaries of the Interviews: Document interview outcomes and provide comprehensive candidate assessments for internal review.
- Endorsing Candidates Who Meet Client Brief: Present well-qualified candidates to clients with detailed recommendations.
- Creating Effective Candidate Profiles: Develop professional profiles highlighting candidate strengths and suitability for roles.
- Issuing Client Interview Invitations: Arrange and communicate interview details to candidates selected by clients.
- Pre-Checking Candidates for Client Interviews: Ensure candidates are well-prepared, informed, and meet all required criteria before client interviews.
- Managing Candidates Through the Recruitment Pipeline: Track and guide candidates from sourcing to placement, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Keeping All Records Up to Date and Accurate: Maintain an organized database of candidate information, interview notes, and recruitment statuses.
- Effectively Communicating with Colleagues: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful hiring outcomes.
- Ensuring All Candidates Are Aware of Company Terms and Conditions: Clearly communicate contract terms, expectations, and company policies to all applicants.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in remote recruitment and offshore hiring 7+ years
- Strong communication, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to craft compelling job ads and manage multiple roles efficiently
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing strategies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to changing hiring needs
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Breezy HR, WhatsApp, and PandaDoc
