Employment Law Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced employment law paralegal with 3+ years of experience working at a US employment law firm. You will be joining a successful employment law firm on a part-time basis (25 hours/week) during US business hours (night shift). You will be permanently assigned to one client and will work exclusively with them. This is a long-term, permanent role.
Candidate Requirement
- Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English;
- Experience writing legal documents including demand letters and complaints;
- Strong understanding of causes of action to identify violations;
- Experience in drafting, revising, and reviewing complaints;
- Skilled in drafting supplemental documents and sending second notices;
- Proven experience in client communication;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Experience with Merus Case is optional;
- Excellent professional-level copywriting skills in English;
- Experience working with a US-based law firm;
- Willingness to work 25 hours/week remotely;
- Ability to start immediately;
- Quiet home office with reliable internet and power backup.
