We are looking for an experienced insurance VA to join our client's insurance brokerage company. This position is a permanent work from home role. To be considered, you need to meet the following criteria:

- 2+ years of experience handling personal or commercial insurance lines;
- experience in working with insurance companies in Florida;
- have knowledge of Citizen's insurance and their portal;
- be fluent in English and confident talking to customers;
- have a fully equipped home office, incl. power back up.

You will be working with one of the best insurance brokerages in Florida, that offers personal and commercial insurance, and will be joining a fun, bubbly, and successful team. The agency is already working with 4 remote team assistants based in Mexico and the Philippines, and is looking to expand its team.

You will be researching and providing insurance policy quotes to new customers and renewing customers, processing customer paperwork including acord forms, issuing CoIs, monitoring payments, completing and filing all required paperwork, and liaising with clients about their policies. The key focus of this role will be on homeowners and auto insurance.
