We are looking to hire a talented, experienced single audit specialist to join our remote professionals team. You will be conducting compliance audits for non-profit and state & local governmental organizations in the US for multiple clients of a dynamic auditing company based in Alabama. To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:
* Be fluent in English, and have excellent communication skills;
* Have 2+ years of experience working for an auditing firm in the US;
* Have 2+ years of auditing public/governmental organizations in the US;
* Have experience in handling single audits and compliance reviews;
* Have thorough knowledge of Excel and of auditing software;
* Have 5+ years of experience in public accounting (ideally, a CPA);
* Willing to work during US business hours (flexi-time longer term);
* Have a fully equipped home office with power/internet backup.
Our clients are medium-size auditing and accountancy firms in Florida, California, Alabama, New York, Texas, and Arizona. You will be working with the same client and will be placed with that client (an accounting firm) permanently. Your shifts will during CST hours, transitioning to working flexi-time longer-term. This role is $11/hour x 50 hours/week = $550/week a week, paid weekly after you complete your first 3 weeks.
